PHYSIOTHEROPHY
Physiotherapy aims to publish original research and facilitate continuing professional development for physiotherapists and other health professions worldwide. Dedicated to the advancement of physiotherapy through publication of research and scholarly work concerned with, but not limited to, its scientific basis and clinical application, education of practitioners, management of services and policy.

NATUROPATHY
Naturopathy deals with the healing power of nature since it believes that all healing powers are within your body. This means that within every human organism there is a healing energy, which includes our immune system in the fuller sense of both the physical and the psyche, which is responsible for our wellness and our ability to heal and maintain health. Since we fall ill only when we go against Nature, the cause of diseases (toxins) is expelled from the body to cure it. Fasting has been described as Nature’s way to recover. A thorough rest, which includes fasting, is the most favorable condition in which an ailing body can purify and recoup itself.

GYM
A health club (also known as a fitness club, fitness centre, health spa, and commonly referred to as a gym) is a place that houses exercise equipment for the purpose of physical exercise.
Our society have a main workout area, which primarily consists of free weights including dumbbells, barbells and exercise machines. It includes mirrors so that exercisers can monitor and maintain correct posture during their workout.

AEROBIC
In aerobic activity, your body uses oxygen in a process that breaks down glucose and fat for energy. Aerobic exercise refers to any physical activity that uses the large muscles in your arms, legs and hips and makes your heart and lungs work harder.
It increases the capacity of your heart and lungs to take oxygen-rich blood to your muscles. This means your muscles can produce energy for movement over a longer period. You may then find it easier to do any kind of physical activity — walking, gardening, shopping — for longer. When physical activity gets easier, you’re likely to do more of it. This can help build stronger muscles that let you do even more physical activity without feeling tired.

YOGA
IDPLA Society is a non-profit, fully volunteer organization whose mission is to share yoga with those who may not be able to afford yoga classes or those who may have special needs or circumstances. All of our yoga instructors are certified , believe in the benefits of yoga, and are committed to teaching yoga on a strictly volunteer basis.
