The society took up 1st venture, acquired 90 acres of land in S'No'145' Hydernagar village, R.R Dist, in the year 1980, got the tayout approved, in the year L987' allotted plots to members and helped members for obtaining loans and to construct the houses' Thus the Vasanth Nagar colony emerged in Kukatpally.
